Neil deGrasse Tyson seems to be under the impression that some form of strappage is required for sex to successfully take place in a weightless environment -
Even with arms and legs, if at least one partner wasn't strapped down you'd be sort of floating around and that would make things awkward possibly. Also the arms and legs thing tends to work best if at least one person is essentially stationary. So he's right. Probably.
