Anyone tell me where Cybernetic Principles, or more precisely,the Viable Systems Model, as proposed by Safford Beer, have been applied successfully into Human Organisations?

If you read Charles Handy on Organisations - one of the theories of change - incrementalism - seemed obviously inspired by differential calculus. Is it Demant ? it goes onto the theory of total quality management. I got interested in this and found out that the main writer on this was on the staff at an engineering college. Case proven I thought
