can we keep on thread as the ed asks ?
I dont think we have had chemistry or economics and they will come later this week - will the choice cause as much controversy ? They wait almost until they drop as a result of too early in the opening years of the twentieth century

at 89 I am just about old enought for a Nobel

altho his point is that it demotivates and shd only be used at the end of someones career. Useful £750 000 I say. He gets half
but his real money spinner was ( for a maff nobel?) Kleenex wipes were decorated wiv Penrose tiling and he collected a tidy sum in restitution (*)
