Do you reach your maximum heart rate first or your maximum VO2 intake first?? WHY??? Are they connected in some way??

I don't understand your question Bubble. Are you 'high' on VO2?

When your exercising, both your heart rate and oxygen intake increase, but neither can increase forever, you have a MAXIMUM. I am wondering if you reach your maximum heart rate before your maximum oxygen intake and why, or vice versa, or do you reach them at the same time.
