How much water should you drink a day? Ive heard, 2 litres and 6 litres and also other crazy measurements. Does anyone know the answer?

I think its 2 � litres a day Homer...not counting duff ...(:-)

Does anyone have any links to websites that confirms this?

Or to put it another way , app 6-8 glasses of water per day. I've found a site for you which not only confirms this but also shows that you can have too much of a good thing ! Hope this helps x
