I have 2 sisters one is blood group O, one blood group A, I am blood group B my dad is O and my mother is therefore AB.

Parsley, there is something wrong with the blood groups you mentioned there.

For the offspring to have the mixture of blood groups you report (Group O, Group A and Group B), then the parents cannot be Blood Group O and Blood Group AB... one would have to be Group A and the other Group B.

The gene for Group O is recessive, and co-dominant for A and B.From my understanding, Group O and a Group AB parents could not have a group O child.

Thanks for that LazyGun, I did my AO level Human Biology (grade B) too many years ago to remember now about 26 I think!
As for you Brachiopod it couldn't be the milkman because my sisters and I all have my dad's rather large roman nose!
