can a mirror or silver foil attract sun rays more...how does this work .....i am working on school project and appreciate all serious answers please...give as much detail as u can please...thanks

No, Foil does NOT attract either visible or UV light.
In fact, NOTHING on Earth attracts light.
Maybe you should clarify in your own mind the difference between attracting and reflecting. The surfaces mentioned above DO reflect light.

Light travels in straight lines and as stated above cannot be attracted. It can be bent using a prism or focused using a lens.
