Kerosene will self-ignite at 220 degrees C. If air is mixed with kerosene vapour, as in a blowlamp, it can produce a flame of over 1000 degrees F.
Depends what you are referring to.

The flash point is 38-72 degC (depending on the gradeof kerosene).

The autoignition temp (as heathfield says) is 220 degC.

The temperature of a kerosene flame should be in the 1,100 - 1,400 degC region.
