Antibiotics side effects

My partner is on penicillin and has nausea and burping, is it ok for him to take an antacid if it is not taken at the same time as the antibiotic, or should he avoid the antacid altogether. Thanks in advance

I think it's ok to take antacids as long as you don't have them at the same time as the antibiotics, but there should be a leaflet with them. Or try Googling them x

No problem in taking antacid with Penicillin either at the same time or at any other time.
