rights for allocated parking space?
hi, we own a masionette and our allocated parking space is over the other side of our cul-de-sac, in front of some 2 bed houses. the problem is they think they can use the spaces, we have shown them deeds proving we own the space but this failed to help as they just park in another persons space so then that person parks in ours. creating a never ending circle. are we allowed to erect a sign stating that we own the space, if so how do we word it so that is clear and to the point. thanks ian

Why not try something like this...

I used to live in a city centre flat with "secure" underground parking, used to be a nightmare though with former tenants letting themselves in so they didn't have to park in town.
Some people installed similar bollards in the end to stop them.
