I was advised to eat more foods which contain The B12 vitamin. Which foods do so please? This is to help stop `pins & needles` in my hands and arms.

Foods rich in Vitamin B12 are LIver (best source) beef, mutton, chicken, pork/ham fish, whole egg, dairy products include milk, cheese and yoghurt.
But if you don't fancy injections tablets are available via GP
My daughter is prescribed vitamin B12 for bad PMT-It is called Pyridoxine.
You don't need to go to your Dr for B12 tablets...they are available at any health food store......
