Balloon/stick !!

This is a real question, sounds silly but I can't decide.

A balloon tied to a stick in the garden will.... A)Deter cats. B)Show the wind direction. C)Scare birds. D)Show you are having a party.

 

What do you think they are looking for?

i would have to say that i think that the answer to that is definately D because i dont think birds or cats mind ballons and not many people have balloons on sticks in their gardens to see which way the winds blowing. That's what i think anyway, hope i have been of some help

Almost sounds like an "all of the above"-type question.  Don't know how much a bird would fear a balloon, but some experts recommend putting a balloon in a place where cats frequently scratch (and you don't want them to).  When they scratch the balloon and it pops, it will supposedly scare them out of ever scratching there again.  The wind and party answers are self-explanatory, of course...but bird-scaring, I don't know.
