The Marianas trench in the Pacific about 11k deep

Thanks paddywak I heard that a deeper part was found since the marianas trench but this was just hearsay.
It's possible mason it's not something I keep up with, this is hat Wiki has to say

Thanks paddywak It's depth is almost inconceivable and it must be a completely different world down there. Has any mannned craft been down there or only unmanned bathyspheres?
Funny how some things seem to stick in your mind, but I seem to remember a manned descent by a vessel called the Trieste around 1960. It was in a section of the trench known as the challenger Deep which at that time was the deepest known section
Didn't Cousteau go down to the Marianas trench?
He might have explored parts of the trench, but the Trieste is still the only vessel to have gone "All the Way"
Wasn't he part of the trieste's crew?
