I hope everyone has made their Christmas cake and drafted their letters to father Christmas.

Ideally tree Christmas eve night so magic is kept for Christmas day... greenery and other decorations from Yule (22nd December this year ) feasting ... mince pies from 1st December...mulled wine...about the same...stollen and panduro during the week before and piernicki too

(Tree comes down 1st Jan in my home and spring flowers are brought in...and a lot of cleaning takes place to start the year afresh)

You can get them for rabbits too - sweet! Bruno's has a doggie choc drop behind each one. Can't wait to start it (lol)

Love Christmas too!!!! Made my cake about a month ago and by about December it will probably have had almost a bottle of sherry in it, so not for the kids :o)

My cake takes nearly a whole bottle of rum or brandy depending on the recipe I use.. served with wensleydale cheese ...yummy
