If you have cards to dispose of after Christmas, can you put them in your paper recycling bin or not? I'm just thinking of the ones that have gliiter and stuff on them.

My Mother used to save all the nice big ones and add little calenders at the bottom and coloured ribbon folded at the top to make a little hook to hang them by. Then she would give them out to her friends.
Think you can put them all in your recycling bin, that's what they do in supermarkets anyway. I like to keep the pretty ones to make tags with.
you must only put card, so not embelished card. But tesco have xmas card recycling boxes.

Thanks for that 4getmenot
so do Morrisons
Just tippex over the 'from' writing and resend out again (try not to send same cards back to originator)
That's the best recycling method of all!
Bah Humbug Al

There must be enough cards available already on the shelves to send to the whole world.
If everyone did the above, it would cut down the number being produced and wasting our resources.
Shop cards are also a terrific rip-off.
