Love 'em, love 'em, love 'em.
Steer clear of Jamie Oliver's Brussels with hustle recipe though, it's awful, totally overpowers the sprouts with Worcester sauce.
Any of the sprout gratin recipes found online are worth doing but best of all are just lightly steamed then a quick toss in a pan with chestnuts and butter.
Used to like sprouts better years ago when they really tasted like sprouts.
