Fiddle and faff, or shop bought? A succulent garnish or something charred on the outside and raw in the middle?? Recipes welcome. Tia

shop bought - i'm too busy watching my brussels boil to fiddle and faff - anyway as joeluke says wrap sausage in bacon, so let someone in Sainsbury's do it...
Another recipe.

1. Go to M&S and buy a foil of ready prepared ones.
2. Remove the lid
3. Cook.
I usually fiddle. The last (unsuccessful) fiddle was dates stuffed with marzipan the ends dipped in dark chocolate.
Fiddle & faff???

Stretch streaky bacon and cut in half (or thirds depending on length of bacon)

Place a chipolata on bacon roll over until wrapped up.

Repeat until you run out of bacon/chipolatas.

cook in oven @ 180 for 25-30 mins turning at half time.
Awww....thanks. x //Gness now hunting for partner//

Cocktail sticks???? I don't care!!!! I have a partner!!!!! Hi Hopkirk. x
exactly, the final 30 mins of cooking I've got all the fresh veg on and possibly cheese sauce for the cauli - I'm laying the table, making the gravy with the veg water, sorting the cutlery - I cannot faff and I cannot stretch myself - I have to cut a corner and so it's got to be shop bought Pigs, no arguments. I can't do them the day before because that's when I'm trimming the Brussels!
sorry Daisy - of course I always simmer my veg.
Erm...
