people dressed up as santa

Today the paper delivery guy from next doors office turned up in a santa suit, his company didn't know he'd done it he'd just decided to do it on the spur of the moment. It was really nice and spread a litle christmas joy around everyone who saw him.
Just wondered if anyone else has seen anyone dressed up in christmassy outfits around where they work? (apart from professional santas etc)

My hubby (six foot, 'big') is doing a (paid) gig tomorrow night dressed as a fairy. Does that count?

I should say, he's a drummer, and he doesn't have to dress as a fairy - he just will.
