I hope I haven't divulged too much of my personal information but I was watching this on my online account that I have been robbed of £79 - absolutely no way have I bought anything lately. What is the latest I have to do. Guess go back to my bank on Monday. Thanks for any help

Then you haven’t been ‘robbed’. You’ve been told, multiple times, that you’ve inadvertently clicked on something to sign up to Prime.

Online chat with Amazon prime but it’s going to get to the point where they are fed up of you signing up for prime by mistake. You should clear Amazon of your card details and put them in each time you make a purchase to stop you from doing this.

I don’t think the payment is for Prime. The reference is Fit360now, a company that sells muscle building supplements

^^^ Yes, I tried to make sense of that reference number too. 'Fit360' seems to apply to several companies, although I couldn't find any that looked as if they'd be charging £79 for anything.

I'd not tried 'Fit360now' as a search term though. It now appears likely that either
(a) somebody has managed to use Jennyjoan's card to pay for this product https://www.fit360now.com/product?page=7 or
(b) Jennyjoan (or someone using her card) has accepted the 14-day free trial (just paying £3.95 for postage). If that trial isn't cancelled before the 14 days is up, the customer is then committed to pay £79 for the trial product AND to £79 monthly thereafter. (See 'Terms and Conditions' at the foot of the page).
