has anyone had any dealings with the on line holiday company travel republic,up to now they score zero they are completely ignoring all correspondence and telephone conversations,my next step is abta

Hello,

I booked through them, only to not receive the tickets. When I asked for a refund I was made to wait 6 weeks only to be told that all I can get is 5% off any booking I make through them.

My �500 booking went to their pockets, I received no apology.
