Universal and Disneyland

Im going to florida for my 18th birthday in early March (7th-21st) 2009, and i was just wondering, will there be any big queues during this time period? I know its hard to say, but by past years has the disney parks and universal been known to be busy in that part, as im from England, i have no idea when people are on school holidays etc in America. Thanks alot =)
