I'd like to treat my husband to a trip in a Spitfire (thats the aeroplane not the car!) does anyone know if thats possible? I imagine it would cost megabucks but I'm sure it would be worth it!

according to this website there are no spitfires in the UK available for public flights, however, it does make other suggestions such as a tiger moth or a harvard www.flights4all.com/about_spitfires.asp

Try this site also - it says it costs from �195 so not unaffordably expensive I should imagine!
