Moving in gift

I would like to buy a gift for an (older) couple who have just finished the somewhat lengthy process of restoring a beautiful Chapel and are moving in in a few weeks time.
I do not want to go down the champagne / pot plant / picture route.
Any ideas please?

do you have a picture of what it was like before the restoration, or when it was a proper chapel. Get that blown up onto boxed canvas and put it in black and white
