My laptop went in for repair on 23rd Jan (at about 5pm) under a warranty that states it must be back fully repaired within 21 days or they have to replace it with a new one. It came back on 5th feb. I took it home and found various (minor-ish) faults, some old ones and some new. I took it back on 7th feb (at about 5pm), and the 21 day period continues (doesn't re-start)..
So, I've heard nothing. If I ring them they may rush through the repair and return it, but I want a replacement.
The 23rd was a Wednesday, The 2 weeks would have finished at about 5 pm on the 13th. But as mentioned above, your case is better if you have clearly give them a little leeway. Why not pop in to ask Saturday ?
I would give them till Monday to sort it out, but call them today and say you would like it no later than then, as it's been over the 21 days now ...better still, if local, pop in if you can, in person, and tell the Manager...may get them to give it priority and sort it out quicker.
Plan B: You could always threaten to show them your arse tattoo :0) lol xx

I think I'll go in tomorrow, but I really want a new one. If it arrives tomorrow and I could have had a new one today, I'll be very angry with all of you ;0)
The warranty states it must be back"fully repaired within 21 days". As it wasn't fully repaired the first time you got it back and there has already been 1 clear day, yesterday, since the 21 days, I would ring them today asking for a new one.
