I recently bought a pair of Timberland Splitrock boots from someone on eBay in new condition, an unwanted gift.
The were a relative bargain at around £60 including postage.

Unfortunately they failed to say the insoles or footbeds were missing, I contacted Timberland and they don't sell replacements.

Has anyone had any experience of this, or who could recommend a similar footbed ?

Thanks

You can get good leather insoles from a decent cobblers. I had to get some when the dog ate the ones in my gardening shoes.
i hope you contacted the seller and told them so - they should have mentioned this. have you already left feedback?

I contacted the seller, but no reply as yet. I haven't left feedback either as I was hoping it could be resolved.
The footbeds they normally come with are like a moulded polystyrene with a woven top. If I could get something similar I'd be happy enough.
A different brand of insole here. Would they do?

That's it is preferable to go with branded things, for that visit http://www.hypedc.com/.
