what would you like for a pressie?

Its my daughters next month and I have no idea what to get her.

She is married with a son of 2yrs and is a health visitor.

Any ideas pls.

A spa day is a lovely way treat yourself and have me time, with a toddler and work I dont suppose she gets much of either

For my sixtieth I was given a clay pigeon shoot, a high ropes adventure trail and a pamper day...which I needed after that...x

Or- offer to babysit for weekend and send her and partner somewhere nice, hotel, etc

A necklace
Luxury shampoo and shower gel. Not from a chain store.
A box set of her favourite TV programme.
Tickets to a show for her and her OH.
A weekend break ( of her chosing )
An ipad.

I had a fancy dress party for my 40th birthday, I went as the Green Fairy :-)

I'd definitely go for a pamper day.

For my sixtieth I had a flying lesson. For my daughter's 40th I arranged a pampering day for her - she loved it.

We bought our daughter a personalised number plate for her car, she was really happy with it as it's something to keep.

I spent my 40th in Birmingham with some reprobates!!

I think having the child for the weekend will be most appreciated. Get her tickets for the comedy store, or something similar, and look after the baby.

Definitely a spa day with lots of pampering and peace and quiet. Some nice champagne, bouquet of flowers. Depends on your budget of course. Wish her a happy birthday from all the ABers on the big day. xx

complete pampering day at a local spa and someone to mind the 2 yr old for the day whilst she goes. Conspire with your s-I-law so he takes her out the same evening.
