Lockable Box

Often, the milk delivered to my doorstep is being stolen. I'd like a lockable box (plastic, wood?) with 2 keys, which I can bolt to the doorstep, It needs to be large enough to accommodate 3 bottles.
Any ideas where I could buy one ?

Can be made to order ? Ask for one you can plug in and refrigerate the milk then :-)
