Broadband, Phone And Tv Bundle - How To Compare Like With Like?

I'm toying with changing to a single provider for these, but I'm having a moment that's oddly similar to buying fresh tomatoes in Tesco and Asda ie they all seem to quote for different things, some don't seem to have a price, and the small print is very misleading eg 'free phone calls' means free after 2.00 am every feb 29th or some such twist. Then there is a bit of coyness about 'line rentals'.

Can anyone recommend a clear, understandable and honest provider, or method of comparison? I don't do online gaming or download movies, but I use Skype regularly. Not a heavy mobile user. Don't subscribe to movie channels or HD but have sports channels and the rest.
