have you been stuck for the right words, say for example when looking for an item on line, you type in to Amazon, google, shopping trolley, then find that isn't what you meant, i have tried to think of another name for vegetable rack that i saw in a shop recently, to look up the price, but no matter how many variations i thought of it's not it. Same with many items, books are different, like cd's, because generally you can find it by author, musician.
Type the word Bin into Amazon search and you would be amazed by the amount of types of bins there are, so an inordinate of time and effort is spent to not get the info or what you actually want, very frustrating...

i know what you mean and i agree, it's maddening, i type in veg rack and get anything but, a thingamabob or whatyoucall it, should suffice..
but veg rack didn't work either. There are too many variations on names of items on line for my liking, i was looking for a picnic case i saw in a shop, and it just wasn't there, because the shop, search didn't call it that, picnic bag, picnic box, picnic hamper, picnic nothing, nada..
Question Author
i found the veg rack, it's called a kitchen trolley, who would have thunk it..
I agree, Thingamajig oojamaflips should instantly bring up the exact item you are looking for.
If I'm struggling to find something I just use google search and descibe it. You could search for "+Veg +rack with +wheels". The use of the '+' will search items with the words following. I've never had an issue.
Or, if a site's internal search doesn't work so well you can use

site:[URL] [Keywords]

So, for example...

site:theanswerbank.co.uk veg rack

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=site%3Atheanswerbank.co.uk+veg+rack&oq=site%3Atheanswerbank.co.uk+veg+rack&aqs=chrome..69i57j69i58.6362j0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Shows you all the pages from that site using that term that Google has indexed.
You can put really stupid questions into google and you will find that someone at some point in time has 'yahoo questioned' it and got an answer.
Ed you do realise I'm now going to spend all day going through the google links for answerbank and see what crazy questions have been asked regarding Veg Racks.
I just typed 'vegetable rack' into the Google search box and got nothing but multi-tiered devices for storing vegetables.
What are they playing at??!!
Question Author
but douglas there are usually all these different types, then of course is it a veg rack or simply storage, type in that then you will find a multitude of boxes, racks, bins, and so on.
Question Author
i wouldn't have thought of kitchen trolley, that is indeed what i saw in the shop.
