without ,what to me ,is a hefty price tag for something that will only be used occasionally.Mr S has a fancy for toad in the hole and I'm finding it increasingly difficult to juggle pans in and out of ovens which contain hot fat.

Panto was excellent, proper amdram panto, falling scenery, giggling extras, the lot and a truly stunning wicked queen. Am now enjoying a late whisky and a sandwich while the dogs hunt the garden.

Weather can't make it's mind up so I've put the copper on...I'll have to mangle the sheets twice to give them a head start. Looks like a dreary wet week in store...start making the shepherd's pie neti, we're coming to Ibiza.

just discovered it's free walks weekend in London, guided tours all over town and paid for by Transport for London, presumably on the basis that you have to take a bus or tube to get to the starting point. It looks like rain tomorrow but okayish today so we are going to a Bloomsbury tour. (Having slept far too late to make the 11am tours.)

as you can see, we were up late and early so we then had a lie in. I have decided to embrace my current strange wake sleep regime and enjoy the benefits. I have just hd two slices of Marks Hot Cross bun loaf tasted with butter and a huge cup of coffee for brunch.

Good morning all, urgh - shep's pie and ibiza atm wouldnpt be a very good idea. Grey, awful, nothing day, saps the energy, I could hardly make it up the 9 steps to the house. Just nothing doing.

Obviously Mr N is still at home watching golf on the teevee which is annoying me somewhat, I do need my space! Still he has his uses.
