Has anyone purchased any of their personalised jewellery? I am wanting to buy a bracelet (to remember my Mum by) and have called into H. Samuel today but they don't sell the personalised jewellery so I couldn't even see any of their bracelets!

The bracelet I want costs over £300 so I am a bit reluctant to order it as it can't be returned!

Any independent jewelers worth their salt will gladly have it engraved for you.

I would not suggest buying something so precious without seeing it first. Agree with Zacsmaster - a good jeweller will engrave anything for you.
Hope you sort it, and love remembering your mum - I do, every time I wear my special ear-rings.

Hi, its not just the engraving it would have 2 birthstones in it too - can anyone recommend another jewellers for this sort of item?

You must have a proper jeweller near you who would under take your commission?

Please don't write off a proper jeweller because you think they will be expensive or not interested in your request.

H Samuels isn't a jeweller it is a retailer, I'd give them a very wide berth for something precious.
