sorry but i can't make heads or tails of it -anyone clarify as it appears to be a rambling contradiction
"The goods you order from us are sent to you on approval and if you are not satisfied with them you can return them to us at your own cost provided you do so within 14 working days of receipt. If you have already paid we will refund you or, if you wish, replace the items, we will refund the delivery charge paid by you to receive the goods, but only if you have returned all the goods. Some items are excluded from this - see below. Return of goods made by you outside this period may not be accepted by us and may be returned to you at your expense. If, in our sole discretion, we decide to accept a late return of goods from you, we reserve the right to make a charge of £4.95 to cover the cost of processing the late return."

Well, it makessene to me!

My translation:
"If you return goods WITHIN 14 days, we will refund the cost of the goods.

If you return ALL of the goods we sent you, we will also refund what you paid for the carriage of those goods FROM US TO YOU.

If you only return SOME of the items we sent you we will NOT refund the cost of the carriage FROM US TO YOU.

In either case we will NOT refund what it costs YOU to return the goods to US.

Certain items are excluded from this 14-day returns policy. See below this statement for details of which these are.

If you send goods back AFTER 14 days we will either:
(a) accept the goods but make a charge of £4.95 for doing so ; OR
(b) refuse to accept the returns and only send the items back to you when you've paid for the carriage for us to do so.
It's entirely up to us as to whether we choose option (a) or option (b)".

Any clearer?
it makes sense, not sure which bit you are having trouble with really?
Yes, makes sense. Return in time and you are okay I'm not sure what the exclusions are but sometimes they apply to underwear returns

Well, the opening paragraph is the problem one (of many but i digress) clearly states - "You can return them to us at your own cost".
The goods you order from us are sent to you on approval and if you are not satisfied with them........ "You can return them to us at your own cost"..... provided you do so within 14 working days of receipt.
And i ask specifically in relation to all good returned within time
ok, i don't understand what the problem is then?

1)"you can return them to us at your own cost "
2)"we will refund the delivery charge paid by you to receive the goods"
You order a sweater @ £15 + £3 P&P

You send it back and pay £2 P&P

They will refund the cost of sweater and original £3 P&P
Easier to stick to Companies that offer free returns if you are shopping with them a lot.
Still not seeing the problem... They will refund the money you paid at the start for them to sned you the item, but if you wish to return it they won't refund what it costs you to send it back to them - don't get what is confusing you about that
Same as ebay purchases, tho some multi-sales will email a prepaid label.
I think you are confusing the cost of delivery to you and the cost of returning goods to them
think of it like this:
1)"you can return them to us at your own cost "
2)"we will refund the delivery charge(paid by you to receive the goods)"
