Where can I buy sandalwood soap at a reasonable price? None of the supermarkets seem to stock it any more. Anybody know the reason?

try some of the new age shops they sell sandlewood soap..

Dear baileyman

I really sympathise since I have been looking for sandalwood soap ever since Sainsbury's stopped selling it.    I have one bar left which I treasure and will never use - just have a sniff now and again.    Someone brought me back a bar from India but it wasn't quite the same.     I think it's gorgeous and have no idea of the reason why it was discontinued.

There is some for sale on ebay for 99p buy it now price.

I think Crabtree and Evelyn do a nice one, not sure how expensive it is though.
Yardley still do it and Roger and Gallet but they are a bit expensive! Boots used to do their own one and Sainsburys..funny but I haven't seen it for ages either.
I love the smell of sandalwood.
