I need to get a present for my grandson. He is only into computer games and my limit is £25 so games are out, plus he has most of them. He plays footie for the local team and likes reading, but other granny has bought the latest David Walliams.
I thought of a gadget type thingy, but I am really stuck!
What about an indoor nano copter - I hope the link works. Fits in the palm of your hand. http://www.ebuyer.com/hubsan-nano-q4-quadcopter-h111 about half way down the page
Giftcard for GAME, a bootbag for his footie boots. If he supports a football team most of them have websites selling gifts. They do like money at that age too.
I agree with Retrochic - buy him something trivial, wrapped for him to open, and include some money in it. I used to think that vouchers/cash were non-thinking gifts, now I believe there is no worse gift than something you don't want.
Went with your thoughts Quoi and ordered an air hogs atmosphere which also floats on air.
He had money for his birthday last week so I like to,get a gift for Christmas. There will be a fiver over for some stocking fillers.
Thanks guys and gals.
Merry Christmas!
I'm trying to see the connection between a radio-controlled "helicopter" and a computer, Dunitall. At twelve I wouls have loved such a toy but in 1957 it would have cost my dad a week's wages.
