If someone advertises something in a catalogue and misprints the price do they have to let you have the goods at the price printed?

No. One of the basic tennets of all retail is that "The management reserve the right to refuse service" meaning they do not have to serve you and they do not have to give a reason. This is often asked in relation to shops mispricing goods, a price is merely and "Offer to trade" it does not mean that they have to sell it.
yes, sadly it's true, had same thing happen to me.
If you complete the contract of sale with them and you pay for the item, they do not even need to honour the contract if it is obvious to both parties that a mistake was made.
Not unless you can prove they printed that price deliberatly.
