Leave In Conditioners

Does anyone have any recommendations?
Preferably a spray one which can be used overnight, so nothing which makes my hair too wet or oily/greasy. I used to use an Aussie one but haven't found it as good lately. Just want something to help get my hair back into better condition.
My hair looks quite dry during the day. I wash it every morning (I know, but I feel horrible if I don't shower and wash my hair at least once a day) and very fine and wavy but it gets greasy if left for longer and the slightest bit of moisture and it all starts curling up, even after using straightening shampoo/conditioner and products.
I have to avoid anything oily as oil it irritates my skin and I got spots from it and don't want to have my hair tied/clipped up overnight.
Thanks for any recommendations :)
