I wouldn't buy comestibles, though, as their provenance is unknown. Most food or drink items seem to be destined for the foreign market but have fallen off the back of a lorry. Like the coffee with the Greek label, B&M sell tins of Heinz beans but the label is all in Polish.
Similar to Savers which is closer for me. I use it a lot, toiletries, cleaning supplies, porridge pots, flavoured water, medical supplies and all sorts. Some branded food goods on very good offers too and you can save more than in the Pound Shops on a lot of items as they aren't restricted to charging a pound for things.
