There's some information here (from the British Dental Association) about the technique. (The relevant part is in a ridiculously small font in my browser. Thanks both, the dentist was responding to my request for information. The treatment would be as described in Buenchico's link, and I believe once I have the necessary I could easily redo it after a couple of years or as required. Is the £350 price tag about right?
Yes, the £350 fee would seem reasonable
I believe that brushing with a mixture of baking soda and salt will make a difference,- am about to try it for a few months.
Teeth whitening strip whitening is comparable to the professional teeth whitening. The only tip that you should take care of it is to repeat its use every three months while professional teeth whitening last for one year or more.
In each unit of teeth whitening strip, there are two strips one for the upper jaw and other for the lower one.
Just stick it to your teeth for 15 minutes, strips have potent teeth whitening agent, when you stick it to your teeth it acts upon the teeth for stains removal.
After use, brush your teeth and gargle properly.
