Bought a lovely lacy shirt from a certain catalogue - was pretty expensive so thought I was getting good material. Material is really like a rag so never again will I buy online - I hope. Will never wear this again.
Now you've worn it you shouldn't send it back, unless it's faulty or not as described.
You can buy online again in the knowledge that you have a right to send it back for whatever reason (before you've worn it).
Lightweight fabrics often look a bit sad when they've been sent through the post. Before you part with it give it a quick handwash and iron (if possible), it might look a whole lot better.
Don't let one experience of online shopping put you off, I've had some disappointments and been really pleased with other items. Just return anything you don't like as soon as possible.
I have just sent back two pairs of jeans - bought them in different colours. After wearing them - like you was very disappointed with the quality and contacted them. I have been a customer for some time and have never been disappointed before. They arranged a courier to collect the trousers - free of charge - and they have been credited to my account. The catalogue is a famous long standing firm for 'Rubenesque ' ladies. I would still try to send it back
