Dyson Digital Slim

Went shopping to the department store Beals with my neighbour who wants to buy a Dyson Digital Slim or similar. They had one for about £250.00, but she is keen to buy on Amazon. Amazon only had two 'refurbished' models.

I didn't realise that Dyson didn't sell direct and it appears that this model has gone out of production.

Can anyone recommend a similar model, (and what price), and best place to buy. Argos? Currys? We have both locally.

I have had the V6 version for about 6 months now I think it is brill. I bought mine from an independent local retailer and had a test in the shop. I paid £240 for mine and took it home immediately.

We got ours from Argos (I think it's the V6 Animal), costs around £280. It's bloomin brilliant. I had the same problem with Amazon, a lot of refurb models on there, so we just went with who we could take it back to easiest in case of problems

Dyson DO sell direct....I bought from them last year. Ordered 4pm - arrived next morning! See here....
