New Shopping Account

Debenhams don't recognise me as one of their customers which I was some years ago.

Anyway can't remember the password anyway so registered for a new account. Accepted all my personal details - then it asked for OLD password - which I can't remember

Then NEW password - CONFIRM password. I left OLD blank and continued - but registration wouldn't go through. Yes I have looked in email account but nothing there.

Have contacted them but it just comes with their FAQ questions

I've clicked onto your link Mamy but I have done it in the last minutes or so but no new information re password went into my email. However I have tried again and you have to leave it for some minutes - so will carry on here.
