Has anyone else had problems ordering from them?

My mum ordered 2 trikes for my twin nephews in October and two parcels turned up - one was the correct item the other was something completely different! She is still in the process of sorting it out and last I heard was that she was promised it as an urgent delivery on Friday but it didn't turn up so she's written a letter of complaint.

Heaven help anyone only ordering their Christmas presents from the now!
