empty the water out of what ummmm,
Lol Bednobs. Do they actually believe that? :-)
The toilet.
no, but they can have plausible deniability if someone from TS asks them why they are selling it!
I'm not sure of the law because of it's highly acid nature, but i just looked on amazon and you can get it on there, so perhaps they're just being over cautious?
no ummmm, nor would i.
how do you use these tablets barry, do they sit in the loo itself, or like some tucked under the rim of the toilet.
Why wouldn't you empty the water? It's clean.
the water in the bowl or cistern? i don't have a bucket to put it in to be honest. not sure the point of emptying the loo.
all i want is a safe product to get rid of limescale, its mainly around the rim of the bowl, and looks unsightly. i have ordered Barry;s suggestion and see if that works.
The bowl.

It's so the products you are using are not watered down and you can clean by hand.

It doesn't have to be a bucket.
if you are putting a product in to work overnight, of course you need the water in though
just curious here - how do you empty the toilet water?
With a sponge.
Use a sponge..into toilet bowl, lift out and squeeze water into a container, repeat until water all removed.

Think im soaking up toilet water with a sponge you must be mad :')

thanks for the link chelle makes my life super easy big up liverpool
Anything you throw in the loo will be diluted if you leave the water in. Its all clean water and only takes a few large spongefuls. Obviously you dont do it every week, but occaisonally worth it. You wouldnt clean a sink or a bath with it full of water same with a loo.
