now the have fixed whatever it was wrong with it (phew, at least i wont be getting 1 bannana tomorrow!) it no longer remembers my favourites
has that happened to anyone else?

thanks chris - oddly enough it remembered enough to offer me suggestions of things i usually buy in the checkout process

mine was the same when I tried to order this morning. I usually use a few items to confirm booking a slot, and then updating the order nearer the time. As the site was down over the weekend I was unable to add to the order so the driver phoned yesterday morning before delivery to ask if I still wanted the order. Meanwhile I had placed an order with Asda. Tesco must have lost a fair bit of money because of the outage

Yes - tried to order yesterday , but like you, all my favourites had gone !! Picked it all up this morning, all ok.
