I haven't been receiving any emails from Iceland to confirm my orders etc.
Can someone give me the email address that the order confirmations are sent from so that I can try putting it in my contacts, I have checked all the junk settings and there is nothing preventing it from being received at my end.

Thanks

Thank you. I hope that will sort out the problem.

It didn't.

Back to the drawing board :-)
Most e-Mail providers screen out stuff they identify as spam - perhaps that's where yours are disappearing by some fluke of identity.
Have you double checked you have put your correct email address on your Iceland account? Its so easy to get them mixed up if you have two emails like I do. I've often put a . between my name on the email address that doesn't have one. Obviously making it an invalid address.
Could be something as easy as that. If not give them a call, i have found them to be most helpful.
Good luck

Gentlemen
I was getting emails from them for a year or so until a couple of weeks ago.

I have checked my SPAM, my filters and my blacklist and there is nothing that indicates an issue.

I contacted Iceland last week to ask if I could change my email address as that, to me, seemed simpler. I was told that I had to shut down my current Iceland account and start again.

Then I decided that changing the email address could create problems as I have been paying by Paypal.

I might have to live with this - it is annoying having to log into Iceland for updates.

Bah!!
