It would also help, if i could find a turkey.

Especially that im out of work..

Buy a chicken then, much less dry. Chicken tastes better the next day too whereas turkey goes even dryer.

Cook it in the over wrapped in silver foil to stop it burning. Open it up, collect the juice for gravy and brown the chicken.
