Hello, I wanted opinions/to ask 2 things about this haircut

Firstly what would you say it is called - as in if you were to google similar haircuts what would you type in to search .. I can’t find any similar

Secondly I would like this style but am wondering do you think it would look ok if you put the long layers in a side plait and left the short layers to hand free. So it would look sort of like a Bob but with a long side plait?

Bob hairstyles are great for straight hair. "Pulled through the hedge" suits wavy/curly hair. ;) It's a more natural look.
