Question About This Haircut - What Is It Called?

Hello, I wanted opinions/to ask 2 things about this haircut

Firstly what would you say it is called - as in if you were to google similar haircuts what would you type in to search .. I can’t find any similar

Secondly I would like this style but am wondering do you think it would look ok if you put the long layers in a side plait and left the short layers to hand free. So it would look sort of like a Bob but with a long side plait?

It feels kind of tragic that it has come down so far in the world that people think it might be a mullet. Where are the bobs of yesteryear?

Bob hairstyles are still very popular, I like them.
I've never liked the shaggy, pulled through the hedge backwards look.
