Maybe the guy you liked heard you say it was your birthday coming up and is waiting until it has passed. Perhaps he didnt want awkwardness of having to buy you present when not really seeing each other. Then he will ask to meet up again.

Or perhaps his only interest in you is for sex which end up being hurtful to you if you like him more than that. Best get on with meeting the right one and dint give this one another chance. He is not what you are looking for.
