HELP! Where can I buy an ultra low backless dress?

I really want a very low backless dress, down to the base of my back say. The strap style doesn't matter, or the colour, but I don't want a mini dress. Please help me I've been looking for ages! Thank you!

I've tried ebay and there is nothing with a low enough back that isn't tarty club wear. I'll keep looking just in case but if anyone knows of an online / high street shop that's selling one I'd love to know where!
